Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the plausible position of the throttle valve in relation to the applied intake manifold pressure.

The fault is detected when the calculated mass flow over the throttle valve exceeds the calculated mass flow in the cylinders by 65 %. Cylinder bank 1

Possible fault cause:

Maximum fault (measured value intake pipe vacuum (absolute) too high)

• Secondary air, intake manifold/crankcase
• Throttle angle faulty

• Sensor fault, pressure sensor
