Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the transmission of the CAN message for the engine switch-off time from the instrument cluster.

Fault monitoring conditions:

The fault is detected if the CAN message for the engine switch-off time is not transferred for longer than the de-bounce time.

De-bounce time: 5 s
