51 71 039 Removing and installing/replacing front left or right wheel arch cover (rear section)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove FRONT WHEEL

NOTE: For a better view surrounding components have been omitted.
Prior to removing, pay attention to the exact installation position with respect to the adjoining components.

Release all screws (3).

Release expanding rivets (2) and (4).

Remove the cover of the wheel arch (1).

Installation note:

Renew expanding rivets (2).

Ensure wheel arch cover (1) is correctly seated.
