Action in service

Check wires and plug connections between the following components:

• DME
• Engine compartment cooling fan
• Cutoff relay for engine compartment cooling fan

Check cutoff relay of the engine compartment cooling fan:

• The voltage must be greater than 9 V with picked-up relay (engine compartment cooling fan rotating).

• The voltage must be less than 2 V when the relay is switched off.
