Fault description

The diagnosis monitors whether the throttle valve to determine returns de-energized to the emergency running position during the throttle return spring check.

Fault monitoring conditions:

The fault is detected when the throttle valve fails to return to a position of less than 19% within 560 ms when de-energized.
