Action in service
- Disconnect charge air cooler auxiliary coolant pump connector.
- Measure the voltage at the connector of the charge air cooler auxiliary coolant pump between pin 1 and pin 3 with the ignition switched on; setpoint value: Vehicle voltage.
- Check grounding cable of the charge air cooler auxiliary coolant pump for an interrupt, check connector (corrosion, moisture, pins pushed back).
- Connect charge air cooler auxiliary coolant pump connector.
- If the fault is entered again, then renew charge air cooler auxiliary coolant pump.
