51 71 409 Remove and install/replace left or right tailgate cover
Special tools required:
NOTE:
The trim is fixed to the rear window with double-sided adhesive tape and cannot be removed without being damaged.
Trim must be replaced after removal.
Release trim (1) from clip (2) and double-sided adhesive tape (3) using special tool 00 9 325 .
Remove and dispose of trim (1).
Installation note:
Observe GUIDANCE NOTES on component bonding.
Make sure seal between trim (1) and rear spoiler is correctly seated.
