72 11 092 Removing and installing or replacing rear left or right seat belts

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove panel for rear window shelf . See 51 46 001 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING TRIM PANEL FOR STORAGE SHELF or 51 46 018 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING TRIM PANEL FOR STORAGE SHELF WITH ROLLER SUNBLIND

Removing left or right automatic reel:

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 21AZ .

Installation:

End fitting is coded against incorrect assembly.

Tightening torque 72 11 20AZ .

Remove automatic reel (2) with anchor fitting.

Installation:

Pay attention to coding.

Push inertia reel unit (1) onto body lug (2).
