66 53 060 Removing and installing/renewing the Top View camera

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove protective cap on exterior mirror . See 51 16 041 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COVER CAP ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR , 51 16 041 REMOVING AND REFITTING/REPLACING PROTECTIVE CAP ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR (WITH SURROUND VIEW) (TO 07/13) or 51 16 041 REMOVING AND REFITTING/REPLACING PROTECTIVE CAP ON LEFT OR RIGHT EXTERIOR MIRROR (WITHOUT SURROUND VIEW) (TO 07/13) .

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Unfasten screws (2).

Remove exterior mirror camera.

Calibration:

Calibration is performed via BMW diagnosis system:
- Service function
- Body
- All-round vision camera
- Calibration of all-round vision camera
