63 11 840 Replacing left LED fan left (outer)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove HEADLIGHT WITH LED TECHNOLOGY

Ease adjusting pin (1) up out of adjusting element and remove.

Release screws (2) and remove protective cap (3).

Tightening torque 63 11 6AZ .

Installation note:

Retaining tabs on protective cap (1) must not be damaged or missing.

Gasket (2) must not be damaged and must be installed free from grease.

Unlock and remove cable clip (1) with long-nose pliers.

Lay cable (2) downwards.

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Release screws (2) and remove fan (3).

Tightening torque 63 11 5AZ .
