64 12 580 Removing and installing/replacing heater exhaust pipe

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove FRONT ASSEMBLY UNDERBODY PROTECTION

NOTE: Graphic similar.

Release screws (1).

Remove lower left cover (2).

Slacken nut (1).

Release screw (2).

Withdraw exhaust pipe (3) in direction of arrow from silencer (4).

Installation note:

Make sure exhaust pipe (3) is correctly seated.
