51 45 380 Removing and installing decorative strip on right instrument panel

Special tools required:

00 9 325

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Carefully unclip sides of decorative strip (1) with special tool 00 9 325 .

Then carefully unclip middle.

Lift off decorative strip (1) slightly and disconnect underlying plug connection.

Remove decorative strip (1).

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty clips (1) on back of decorative strip (2).
