34 33 200 Removing And Installing/Replacing Electric Vacuum Pump

WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life!
The following points must be strictly observed prior to starting work  :

Necessary preliminary work: 

Release screws (1) from anti-roll bar.

Installation note: 

Replace screws.

Tightening torque: 31 35 1AZ .

Release screws (1) from auxiliary water pump holder.

Tightening torque: 11 51 5AZ .

Secure auxiliary water pump (2) in sideways direction.

Installation note: 

Make sure holders of auxiliary water pump (2) to retaining bracket are correctly seated.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Unlock and detach vacuum line (2).

Detach vent hose (3).

Installation note: 

To facilitate installation, coat vent hose (3) with lubricant.

Turn connector (1) in direction of arrow and pull off from holder for electric vacuum pump.

Release screw (2).

Tightening torque: 34 33 3AZ .

Feed electric vacuum pump out forwards.
