34 33 081 Removing And Refitting/Replacing Travel Sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read and comply with GENERAL INFORMATION .
Remove BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER .

IMPORTANT: It is imperative that the travel sensor is tightened to the specified torque!
If the tightening torque applied is incorrect malfunctions can occur.

Undo screws (1) and remove travel sensor (2).

Installation note:

Replace screws.

Tightening torque: 34 31 2AZ .

Calibrate brake pedal travel sensor.
