32 41 280 Removing And Installing/Replacing Oil Reservoir (N63T)

WARNING: DANGER OF POISONING if oil is ingested/absorbed through the skin!
RISK OF INJURY if oil comes into contact with eyes and skin!
IMPORTANT: Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.
Seal off hydraulic lines with seal plugs.

Necessary preliminary work: 

Release screws (1) on oil reservoir and press oil reservoir (2) forwards until the return and suction line hose clamps can be reached.

See the following Fig 1.

Release hose clamps (1) and (3) and detach suction and return lines.

Tightening torque: 32 41 3AZ .

Unfasten plug connection (2) from oil level sensor and disconnect.

Release screw (4), remove holder from reservoir and remove reservoir.

Installation note: 

Renew hose clamps.

Replacement: 

If applicable, transfer oil level sensor.

After installation:
