51 16 150 Removing and installing/replacing front storage compartment

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Open storage compartment (1).

Ideally, first unlatch left and right cover (2) by pulling it down then up on the marked locations. Then fold to the inside and remove.

Installation:

Retaining lugs of cover (2) of door trim panel must not be damaged.

Release left and right screws (1).

Pull out storage compartment (2) and put aside.
