Measure
- Work through test modules.
- Remove acoustic cover
- Raise acoustic cover (1).
- Remove acoustic cover (1) in the direction of travel.
Keyprocesses
- Removing air-mass meters on the left and right
Prerequisite
Switch off ignition.
NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.- Unlock connector (1) and remove.
- Release screws (2).
- Pull air-mass meter (3) out of upper section of intake silencer housing.
- Installing air-mass meter on the left and right NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Install new gasket on air-mass meter (3).
- Install air-mass meter (3) in upper section of the intake silencer housing.
- Tighten down screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Air-mass meter to upper section of intake filter housing 3, 5 Nm - Connect connector (1).

Postprocesses
- Install acoustic cover
- Insert acoustic cover (1) into existing rubber guides.
