61 61 131 Replacing both wiper blades (Bosch AeroTwin)

IMPORTANT: Make sure the wiper arm does not contact the windscreen without its wiper blade.

Necessary preliminary tasks: Remove both WIPER BLADES .

Removal:

Pull off both sealing caps (1) using a suitable tool (2).

IMPORTANT: Do not excessively bend the retaining tab (risk of breakage)!

Slightly bend retaining tab (1) upwards using a suitable tool (2) until the wiper blade is easily accessible.

Pull out wiper blade (1) in the direction of the arrow.

Installation:

Insert wiper blade (1).

NOTE: Position wiper blade (1) flush.

Bend retaining tabs (2) in the direction of the arrow using a suitable tool.

Secure wiper blade (1).

Push on sealing caps (1) until they noticeably engage.

Required follow-up work: Install both WIPER BLADES .
