52 26 000 Removing and installing/replacing left or right rear seat

Unclip trim (1) with plastic wedge on upper part to the front.

Installation: 

If necessary, replace faulty trim.

Pull lever for backrest adjustment and release screw (1) below.

Tightening torque 52 26 07AZ .

Right rear seat: 

Unclip rear seat to the front and pull up.

Installation: 

Pull belt buckle through recess in rear seat.

Left rear seat: 

Unclip rear seat to the front and pull up.

Installation: 

Pull belt buckle through recess in rear seat.

Optional equipment with seat heating only: 

NOTE: For a better overview, the control unit is shown removed.

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
