52 14 423 Replacing upholstery for front passenger seat backrest

Necessary preliminary work

Remove backrest cover . See 52 14 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT (NORMAL/ELECTRICAL) , 52 17 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT (COMFORT) or 52 16 408 REPLACING BACKREST COVER FOR FRONT PASSENGER SEAT (SPORT) .

Remove dividing net (1) towards top.

Remove fan (1) towards top.

Installation note:

Make sure fans have correct cable routing (2) (cables point to each other).
