51 47... Removing and installing/replacing left or right shoulder trim panel

Special tools required:

00 9 325

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove storage shelf
Remove LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT .

Luggage compartment light must be completely removed to be able to remove shoulder trim panel.

Remove screws (1) from shoulder trim panel (2).

Unclip shoulder trim panel (1) with special tool 00 9 325 as shown and remove shoulder trim panel (1).

Installation note:

Do not clamp rear lid seal (2) in region of shoulder trim panel (1).

Installation note:

Replace defective clamps (1) on shoulder trim panel (2).
