11 65 180 Removing and Installing/Replacing Heat Shield At Top (N63O1)

IMPORTANT: Do Not Carry Out Test Drives Without Heat Shield (Risk of Fire!).

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove Engine Cover.
Remove Both Control Sensors.
Remove DME Control Units Holder.

Release Retaining Clip (1).

Detach Wire Ring (2) and Set Down Behind Oxygen Sensor.

Release Bolts (1) Through 180°.

Tightening torque 11 65 3AZ .
