11 22 510 Removing and Installing/Replacing Flywheel (Transmission Removed - N63O1)

Special Tools Required:

11 9 260 .

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove Automatic Transmission
Remove Manual Transmission
Remove Clutch

Manual Transmission

Secure Flywheel (1) with Special Tool 11 9 260 .

Graphic Shows Engine S63T0.

Automatic Transmission

Release Flywheel Screws In Area (1).

Remove Flywheel (2).

Installation Note:

Clean Thread of Flywheel Bolts In Crankshaft.

Flywheel (2) Is Secured with An Alignment Pin.

Fit Flywheel (2).

Fit New Flywheel Screws.

Tightening torque 11 22 1AZ .

Manual Transmission

Release Flywheel Screws In Area (1).

Remove Flywheel (2).

Installation Note:

Clean Thread of Flywheel Bolts In Crankshaft.

Flywheel (2) Is Secured with An Alignment Pin.

Fit Flywheel (2).

Fit New Flywheel Screws.

Tightening torque 11 22 1AZ .

Reassemble The Vehicle.
