11 00 Mounting Engine On Assembly Stand (N63)

- 11 0 020
- 11 8 930

WARNING:
Remove Engine with Hoist and Special Tool 11 0 020.
Fit Special Tool 11 8 930 On Engine.
Engine Weighs Approx. 280 Kg.
Necessary Preliminary Tasks:
- Fully Remove Front Axle Together with Engine.
- Remove Engine From Front Axle. Refer To Procedure for:
- VEHICLE WITH GA8HP70Z TRANSMISSION ,
- VEHICLE WITH GA8HP70Z TRANSMISSION (WITH AWD) , or
- VEHICLE WITH GA6HP26Z TRANSMISSION (WITH AWD) .
- Clean Contact Surfaces.
Use Special Tool 11 8 931 To Mount Special Tool 11 8 932.
Insert Screws (1 and 2).
Tightening torque: 11 11 9AZ AND 10AZ .
Use Special Tool 11 8 931 To Mount Engine On Special Tool 00 2 300.
Tightening torque: 160 Nm.
