11 15 015 Remove/Install/Replace Engine Ventilation Line

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove BOTH INTAKE SILENCER HOUSINGS .
Release The CONNECTION LINE ON THE VENTILATION LINE .

Unclip The Connector (1) for The Oxygen Sensors From The Holder.

Unlock and Disconnect The Connector (1) for The Oxygen Sensors.

Release Screw (1).

Release Both Screw Bosses (2).

Feed Out Carrier Plate (3).

Unclip The Cable for The Oxygen Sensors At The Marked Area.

NOTE: Both Ventilation Lines (1) and The Purge Air Line (2) Form A Single Unit and Can Only Be Removed or Replaced Together.

Use A Screwdriver (3) To Unlock The Latch Mechanisms (2) One After The Other.

Remove The Ventilation Line (1) At The Same Time.

Release Screws (1).

Tightening torque 11 12 10AZ .

IMPORTANT: This Is A Bayonet Fitting!

Turn The Ventilation Line (1) In Direction of Arrow and Afterwards Pull It Off From The Cylinder Head Cover.
