Fault description

Diagnosis monitors whether the high fuel pressure in the system corresponds to the target values.

The fault is detected when the mixture high pressure deviates by -20 bar from the target value or the pressure regulator by 20 bar from the zero position for 3 s and lambda controller or the adaptation exceeds 20% deviation. Cylinder bank 2

Possible cause of fault:

• Volume control valve stuck closed
• Pump defective
