Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the upper voltage limit of the boost pressure sensor, cylinder bank 2.

The fault is detected when the voltage of the boost pressure sensor is > 4.75 V when the engine is running or greater than > 2.85 V when the engine is not running.

Possible fault cause:

• Wiring harness between DME and sensor defective
• Boost pressure sensor defective
• DME defective
