Fault description

The fault code is initially stored in the Junction Box Electronics and then forwarded to the DME.

The fault is entered when there is a short to positive or open circuit at the sensor for longer than 30 seconds

Possible cause of fault:

• 'Sensor output signal greater than 1200 Ohm
• Connector detached at fuel tank flange (vehicle side), not locked in, sporadic contact loss.
• Connector detached at junction box electronics, not locked in, sporadic contact loss.
• Connector detached at fuel tank flange (inner side), not locked in, sporadic contact loss.

• Wiring harness cut between fuel tank flange and junction box electronics.
