Condition for fault identification

Other voltage related preconditions:

• Supply voltage between 9 V and 16 V.

Temperature related-precondition:

• Coolant temperature greater than 80 °C

Time related-precondition:

• Debounce time after reaching coolant temperature of 80 °C: 27 s

Other preconditions:

Drive the vehicle at over 40 km/h for at least 2 minutes to lower the charge air temperature.

Then idle the engine for at least 2 minutes to bring the charge air temperature back up.

This procedure has to be repeated three times.

Terminal status:

• Terminal 15 on.
