11 13 000 Removing and fitting, sealing or replacing the oil sump (N20 all-wheel drive vehicle)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect plug connection on oil level sensor.

Release screws (1) and remove brackets for engine oil pipe.

Release bolts along line (2).

Tightening torque: 11 13 4AZ

If applicable, remove or reposition oil level sensor.

Tightening torque: 11 13 7AZ .

If applicable, remove or reposition bearing support.

Installation note:

Replace O-ring.

IMPORTANT: There must be no adhesive residues in the lower crankcase section retaining threads.
Clean retaining threads and sealing surfaces.

Installation note:

Replace gasket (1).

Assemble engine.
