11 12 090 Removing and installing/renewing acoustic cover (N20)

Unlock and pull off vacuum connections (1) and (2) from vacuum accumulator.

If the hose clips (1) are not installed, they must be retrofitted.

Remove acoustic cover (1) in following steps:

• Lift up in the front area.
• Pull out from rear rubber guide in direction of travel.

Installation note: 

Insert acoustic cover into existing rubber mounts.

For a better overview, image shows bulkhead sound insulation removed.
