Condition for fault identification

Temperature precondition:

Intake air temperature greater than the lower limit value and lower than the upper limit value:

• lower limit value: -30°C
• upper limit value: 120 °C

Coolant temperature higher than the following limit value: -30°C

Time precondition:

• None

Other preconditions:

• Engine running.
• Ambient pressure higher than limit value: 745 mbar
• Engine speed is greater than lower limit value and lower than the upper limit value:

Lower limit value: 500 RPM

Upper limit value: 7100 RPM

• Engine speed variation greater than the limit value: between 133 RPM and 200 RPM (depending on the version).
• Fluctuation of the load greater than the limit value: 7%

Control unit voltage: 9 V to 16 V.
