Temperature precondition:

• Coolant temperature upper limit value: 60 deg C

Time precondition:

• Waiting period after engine start greater than limit value: 320 s

Other preconditions:

• Engine speed between the following limits:

Automatic transmission

lower limit: between 1400 RPM and 1760 RPM (depending on the version).

upper limit: between 2400 RPM and 3000 RPM (depending on the version).

Gear higher than/equal to: between five and seven (depending on the version).

Manual gearbox

lower limit: between 1520 RPM and 1800 RPM (depending on the version).

upper limit: between 2600 RPM and 3000 RPM (depending on the version).

Gear higher than/equal to: between 5 and 6 (variant-dependent).

Control unit voltage: 9 V to 16 V.
