54 37... Adjusting roof shells

Special tools required:

00 9 340

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove ROOFLINER FOR ROOF SHELL AT REAR
Close soft top.

IMPORTANT: The roof shells may only be adjusted when the soft top is closed.
The retaining hooks must be locked!

Release screws (1) on both sides of vehicle.

Adjust roof shell with spacer plates (2).

Installation note:

The difference in compensation must not exceed 2.5 mm.

Tighten down screws (1) on both sides of vehicle.

Tightening torque 54 37 11AZ .

Check 41 00... BODY GAP DIMENSIONS . Use special tool 00 9 340 .
