Service - engine oil
- Change engine oil and oil filter , see 11 00... SERVICE - ENGINE OIL (N54) .
- Hand parking brake , see 34 41 006 ADJUSTING PARKING BRAKE .
  - Brake in and check for correct function
- Air conditioning or automatic air conditioning
  - Change microfilter for interior ventilation , see 64 31 011 REPLACING MICROFILTER FOR INTERIOR VENTILATION .
  - If necessary, change microfilter for recirculated air , see 64 31 017 REPLACING RECIRCULATED AIR MICROFILTER .
- At every 2nd engine oil change
  - Replace spark plugs , see 12 12 011 REPLACING ALL SPARK PLUGS (N53, N54, N63) .
  - Intake silencer: change air filter element . Shorten intervals accordingly for vehicles operated in dusty regions, see 13 72 001 REPLACING AIR FILTER ELEMENT (N54) .
