63 31 178 Removing and installing/replacing LED for storage box

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove storage box  , see 51 16 240 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR STORAGE BOX .

Pull LED for storage box (1) in direction of arrow out of storage box (2).

Feed wiring harness (3) out of storage box (2) and remove LED for storage box (1).

Installation: 

Note installation position of LED for storage box (1). Light outlet side must be positioned in direction of storage box (2).

Make sure wiring harness (3) is correctly laid on storage box (2).
