Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead , see 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
- Remove luggage compartment panel on side panel on left, see 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT .
Release screws (1).
Disconnect plug connections (2) and remove DAB tuner (3) from holder (4).
Replacement:
Carry out vehicle programming/coding.
