Monitoring criteria

the voltage in the vehicle electrical system is less than 11 V and the specified alternator voltage is greater than 14 V.

Potential problem source(s):

-Positive wire not correctly connected to battery

-Ground not correctly connected

-Defective battery

-Defective regulator
