E7X: the DME main relay's contacts fail to close within a specified period after Terminal 15 is energized. F01: The fault is recognized when no voltage is present at the DME within a specific period after Terminal 15 is energized.

-The control-activation wire to the DME main relay has a short circuit to positive or is open

-Defective DME main relay
