Action in service
- If faults relating to the diagnostic module for tank leaks are stored, clear the fault memory
- Perform a function check of the diagnostic module for tank leaks (see 'CONDITION FOR FAULT ENTRY ')
- If the fault can't be reproduced, end repairs!
- If the fault can be reproduced with the DMTL functional check, then check the wiring harness between DME and DMTL! If the wiring harness and the voltage supply are OK, plug in a new DMTL and repeat the DMTL functional check again. If the test is then OK, end repair.
