Fault description

Diagnosis monitors the wiring harness between DME and volume control valve relay.

The fault is detected when there is a short to positive on the wiring harness between DME and volume control valve relay.

Possible fault cause:

• Wiring harness between DME and volume control valve relay defective
• Relay of volume control valve defective
