Fault description

The diagnosis monitors, if the intake air temperature before throttle valve 2 changes, when conditions apply, during which the temperature should change.

The fault is detected, if the temperature has not changed by at least 1.5 C.

Possible fault cause:

• Stuck sensor
• Shunt
• Sensor manipulation
