Time condition:

Time after engine start > 60 s $(C_T_DLY_TIA_THR_DIAG)

Other preconditions:

speed >40 km/h $(C_VS_MIN_TIA_PLAUS_DIAG) for >120 s

$(C T VS MIN TIA PLAUS DIAG), amount of air <500 mg/stroke

$(c MAF MAX TIA PLAUS) for >20 s

$(C_T_DLY_MAF_MAX_TIA_PLAUS)
