11 36 655 Removing and installing/replacing both actuators (N20, N26)

IMPORTANT:
It is essential to observe conditions of absolute cleanliness when removing and installing the intake and exhaust actuators.

- Irregular operation
- OBD fault entry
- Exhaust gas emission characteristics.
- Low engine performance
Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove ACOUSTIC COVER
- Remove INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING
Detach lines (1) from retaining tabs (2).
Disconnect plug connection (5) on intake actuator (6).
Release screws (4).
Tightening torque: 11 36 2AZ .
Remove intake actuator (1) to the front.
Disconnect plug connection (2) on exhaust actuator (3).
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque: 11 36 2AZ .
Remove exhaust actuator (3) to the front.
Assemble engine.
Check function of DME.
