11 65 165 Removing and installing/replacing blow-off valve (N63)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Follow diagnosis instruction.
Remove exhaust turbocharger. See EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER, RIGHT (CYLINDERS 1-4) or EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER, LEFT (CYLINDERS 5-8) .

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 11 65 9 AZ .

Remove blow-off valve (2).

Check VACUUM CONNECTIONS for correct routing.

Check VACUUM SYSTEM FOR LEAKS .

Assemble engine.
