11 15 140 Replace oil separator (N63 O1)

Removal:

Release screws in the sequence 4 - 1.

Remove the oil separator with the distributor.

Installation:

NOTE: Ensure that the oil separator gasket (1) is correctly installed in distributor (2).

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!

All engine oil and contamination must be removed from all threaded holes.

Compliance with torque specifications for screw connections is mandatory!

NOTE: Ensure gasket (1) is correctly installed between the oil separator and the channel.

Install the oil separator with duct.

Parts: Replace screws.

Tighten screws in the sequence 1 - 4.

Tightening torque 11 12 11AZ .

Required follow-up work:

Install the cylinder head cover. Refer to INSTALLING LEFT CYLINDER HEAD COVER or INSTALLING RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD COVER .
