16 19 180 Removing and refitting/replacing SCR active reservoir filler pipe

Urea/water mixture can escape when components carrying urea/water mixture are released. Have a collecting vessel ready.

Maintain conditions of absolute cleanliness.
Connections and covers of lines carrying urea/water mixture must be cleaned thoroughly with water after each removal or before each installation!
Thoroughly clean the working area with water after repair work.
Use fluff-free cloths for cleaning.
Close connections and lines!

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear right WHEEL ARCH PANEL .
Unlock and disconnect snap fastener (1).
Unfasten hose clamp (2).
Installation note:
Check correct engagement of snap fastener (1) by attempting to pull.
Replace hose clamp (2).
Unclip and remove fuel filler pipe from brackets (3).
