Monitoring criteria

The fault is recognized when the throttle valve fails to reach the specified position of 2.5° in the specified period (roughly 0.6 sec.).

Potential problem source(s):

-Throttle valve operation impaired by contamination

-Defective wiring harness between DME and throttle valve
