Prerequisite for using the BMW Telematics Professional is a vehicle equipment with the required optional equipment.

All online services based on the BMW TeleServices Report (TeleServices Report and BMW TeleServices Battery Guard) only function with the corresponding optional equipment. An activated pre-installed SIM card is required in the vehicle for advanced services.
