51 34 191 Replacing left or right fixed door window in rear window frame

Special tools required: 

• 51 3 300

Necessary preliminary tasks 

• Remove rear door trim panel .
• Remove REAR WINDOW CAVITY COVER STRIP .
• Partially release inner window cavity cover strip in region of fixed window.

Release nut (1) SW10 with special tool 51 3 300 .

Tightening torque: 51 35 3AZ .

Remove paintwork protection film (2). Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: 51 35 2AZ .

In area of window guide (1), mask window cavity with fabric adhesive tape (2) (risk of damage).

Completely remove side window (3) with window guide in direction of arrow.

Pull out window guide (1) with side window.

Adjust REAR SIDE WINDOW .
